It’s July, which means we’re on the back half of summer blockbuster season. But that doesn’t mean there aren’t any movies coming down the pipeline. In fact, get ready for a huge action thriller like The Gray Man, which is set to arrive very soon. Will the film be able to be streamed online, or is it only in theaters?

If you want star power, then you got it in The Gray Man. Ryan Gosling plays the titular character known as Court Gentry. He’s one of the world’s most skilled mercenaries hailing from the CIA. When Gentry learns about troubling secrets about the agency, he’s targeted by Lloyd Hansen, a psychopathic former colleague of Gentry who leads the manhunt.

The Gray Man is directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, who are best known for their work in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The Russo brothers directed Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Captain America: Civil War, Avengers: Infinity War, and Avengers: Endgame. Speaking of star power, the cast also includes Ana de Armas, Wagner Moura, Julia Butters, Dhanush, Alfre Woodard, and Billy Bob Thornton.

Because of the actors and subject matter, The Gray Man will be seen by a lot of audiences around the world. However, how can viewers access the film?

Unfortunately, The Gray Man will not be on streaming right away. The film premieres in select movie theaters starting July 15. Not every city will show the film so make sure to check your local listings or a third-party app to check for showtimes.

Here’s the good news. The Gray Man will head to Netflix very soon! The film will stream on Netflix starting July 22, which is one week after its theatrical premiere. Hang in there and be patient!
