If you enjoy flying drones, then The DJI Mini 3 Pro would surely have caught your attention. It is portable and lightweight in size but provides a number of powerful features to its users.
These include 4K 60fps video capturing, an ActiveTrack mode, tri-directional obstacle sensing, and a 90degree gimbal video recording for social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Snapchat.
That said, currently some DJI Mini 3 Pro users are reporting an issue due to which they are unable to take off or fly the drone (1,2,3,4,5).
When DJI Mini 3 Pro users try to fly their drone, they constantly get an error message that says ‘Unable to take-off (Code: 30064)’. Reportedly, the error can be caused by both hardware and software-related issues.
According to users, the drone was functioning fine prior to them updating their DJI assistant to the new v2.1.11 on their PC.
Many users find it astonishing and very disappointing that this can even happen to their brand-new drone.
Today i’m not able to use my Mini 3 pro, i Alway have a code 30064 (Unable to take off message). I update all firmware (Mini 3 pro, RC-N1 and dji Fly), i recalibrate IMU and Compas. But alway this message. Does any one have a solution ? Source
I’ve got a problem with my mini 3 pro: after installing the software update using dji assistant 2 the drohne will not fly anymore telling me the error 30064 occurs. I updated the remote control as well and also tried to re-install the update but this has no effect. Source
Some tried troubleshooting methods like removing the SD card, recalibrating the compass both on the drone and on the RC controller, factory resetting the RC controller, and many more but, found no solution.
Fortunately, a DJI Administrator has acknowledged the Mini 3 Pro being unable to take off issue on their official community forum, but no ETA for a fix has been shared yet.
Rest assured, that we will keep track of the situation and update this area as and when we discover more information, so stay connected.
